The CCDA Flourishing Congregations Initiative is a comprehensive, five-year program designed to empower church leaders to help their congregations move from community isolation to active community partnership and to learn to assess and adapt their ministries to address the complex needs of their members and neighbors alike. Participants in this congregation-based learning community will learn to leverage the Christian Community Development philosophy to deepen their relationships with God, enhance connections among their members, and actively contribute to the flourishing of their communities and the world. Through a combination of coaching, learning plans, immersive experiences, and collaborative networking, participating congregations will gain valuable insights and resources to help actively connect them with their communities.
