The Thriving Congregations Immigration Ministry (TCIM) is a two-year cohort program of FaithWorks that engages churches in immigration ministries rooted in either compassion or justice.

The program equips churches to discern, build or strengthen sustainable immigration ministries within their congregations and communities. Through training, relationship-building, storytelling, and shared learning, participating congregations deepen their understanding of immigration, strengthen their ministry practices and develop the tools and relationships needed to create more welcoming, compassionate and just communities.
