The Playground: Ancient Christian Practices Reimagined for Today is an innovative initiative developed by the Flagler College Youth Ministry Program, aimed at supporting ministry leaders who are grappling with burnout, spiritual fatigue, and depression in the aftermath of the pandemic and societal conflicts. This project specifically targets leaders from historically marginalized communities, offering them a creative and supportive approach to revitalize their spiritual practices. Over a four-year period, the project will establish both virtual and in-person learning communities to foster healing, hope, and forward-thinking strategies. By leveraging classical Christian practices within modern contexts, the program seeks to deepen community connections and enhance spiritual engagement with God.
