En Comunidad is an initiative of Urban Strategies, in partnership with Global Impact, focusing on the leadership teams of Latina churches. The program promotes the integration of holistic leadership practices alongside active participation in local community development among Latina congregations. Serving congregations from multiple denominations nationwide, En Comunidad is designed as a transformative journey for leadership teams, their congregations, and the surrounding local community. En Comunidad's cohorts, comprised of diverse leadership teams, will engage in online or local learning communities, immersive community impact experiences, and individualized coaching opportunities tailored to each church's leadership team.
