Thriving Hispanic Congregations is program resourcing and empowering Latino/a Church Ministries (LCM’s) in the rapidly evolving sociocultural challenges that they face. The program seeks to address these challenges by fostering a community of like-minded congregations (cohorts), providing scholar-ministry-oriented guidance, as well as broadening and assisting congregations in developing a clear sense of their values and mission. Thriving Hispanic Congregations seeks to equip congregations to reflect, articulate and apply the result of their explorations in support of their ministries, with both funding (grants) and technical assistance.
