Reconciler’s Journey aims to mobilize the local church to holistically engage from a biblical worldview in addressing the issues of race, justice, and reconciliation in their community. Through an initial 6-week experience, the Reconciler's Journey program first addresses the racial disparities that exist in the community—including historical, socioeconomic, and environmental—with a key focus on the systemic inequities, lack of inclusivity, and racial injustice within the Church. These lessons take place via scripture study, dialogue, and small group sessions. Once these issues are addressed, program participants are encouraged to take part in community immersion experiences and build transformative relationships to confront these inequities head-on, fostering racial reconciliation and promoting justice in their communities.
